Accounting module

The accounting module was created in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. This module is currently in operation in Hungary and the Czech Republic. It is capable to create statements and queries in 18 accounting dimensions (analytics). Synchronisation between accounting and business is executed electronically. Invoice processing for book keeping in the module is executed in accordance with a defined title, and if set properly the system manages invoice processing automatically. With its reporting tool BM type complex reports are very easy to make.

Authority reports

Accounting system can provide all the data necessary for creating a tax return. General statements can be found parameterized ( VAT list, result statement and balance sheet) in our accounting system. Individual requirements can be realized as well in the report generating module, for which RUBINdms’s used and saved formats and can be used.
