DOAS-II aims to provide quick data recording opportunities for creating cash records and bank records. For this reason al surfaces are easy to use and understand, only the necessary functions are shown, handling with function keys is easy and quick. If an invoice is connected to the bank or cash item it can be selected from the charge account or with the help of the account number.
With DOAS-II system one can search one particular customer’s or a customer group’s charge account, searching cane based on a period of time, account number, registration number or insurance number. The charge account shows compensation and charge account joining in a graphic way.
DOAS-II system can create invoices in many languages in accordance with customer requirements. Also DOAS-II system can create bilingual invoices as well with a double note (Számla/invoice).
The charge account program contains a separate module for handling notices. This module selects assets overnight and emails the relevant data to the associates by morning, so they can contact the customer. As for assets a multi-step procedure (e.g.: balance sheet, notice 1, notice 2, and attorney notice) can be executed to notify the customer. In all the cases the status of the notice is shown, posted notices are saved and can be queried. If payment is not arranged till the predefined date, the administrator is notified, or in a more serious case the customer is allowed to pay only in cash.
As a unique function an invoice created at one site can be realised at another one, and the business record can be recorded anywhere to the local server. Charge accounts of the sites can be viewed on one common surface, and business records of any two sites can be compared as well. In case of a stoppage or a system error the system automatically synchronises the business records created locally at the different sites. The great advantage of this is quick availability and greater safety resulting from data redundancy.
